Andrew McCulloch (Macca) - UKCC L3 ECB Advanced Coach, ECB Foundation Coach Tutor, ICC Level 1 Tutor, NABBA Diploma Fitness Trainer

I have been involved in coaching, coach education, and Cricket Development Manager roles for the last 15 years with my journey beginning in Northern Ireland.  At Club, University, Regional and National levels, currently National Coach for Bulgaria.

I have lived in Spain since 2019 and have been responsible for many different projects including organising and delivering training camps for the Espana Men and Womens national squads, where I also assisted the Mens national squad coach in ICC approved tournaments. In 2022, I accepted an offer from the Bulgarian Cricket Federation to become their national head coach and have coached at various ICC tournaments, including the T20 World Cup qualifying tournament in Finland.

I want to be an inspiration/role model to the young people and adults around me and to help them have an active life. I firmly believe that cricket allows young adults to learn many life skills that they can take forward.

Paras Keshav, UKCC L2 Cricket Coach

My cricketing career started at the tender age of 12. I have represented the National Tanzanian U19 team at the age of 17.
I am an all rounder who has specialised in fast bowling however as a coach I coach all types of bowling and batting.
I currently play at club levels in various leagues in top divisions as a top order batsman.
I have coached children from young to adolescent over the past 5 years. I am currently coaching at a various academies and recently I have accepted a role within Bedfordshire & Huntingdonshire for U13 County Age Group.
As a current level 2 ECB coach I have enlisted onto the ICC Global Level 3 course which is currently in progress.

Mohammad Afzal, UKCC L2 Cricket Coach

My cricket journey began at a young age, and by the time i was just 19, I made my mark in the Huddersfield league.

As my career progressed, ì went on to play in prestigious leagues and clubs. I was a valuable asset to Heriots Cricket Club and Uddingston Cricket Club, where I  achieved remarkable success, including winning the Scottish Cup with Uddingston CC. My dedication also led me to play for Carlton Cricket Club, where i contributed significantly to their success in winning the National Premier League.

After my illustrious playing career, i transitioned into coaching, bringing my extensive experience and knowledge of the game to aspiring new generation of cricketers. With over a decade of coaching experience, My expertise in fast bowling and all-round skills make me a valuable resource for players looking to develop their cricketing abilities.

Nauman Javaid - Former Pakistan International & ECB L3 Advanced Coach

I started to play cricket at a very young age and by the time I was 18 I got selected to play for Pakistan A tour to Holland and Denmark. I played for NDFC in Qaid e azam trophy grade 11. And also captained Essex university while I was studying there. After my retirement from professional cricket I started to coach as a fast bowling specialist with western warriors U15/17 and now working with Bedfordshire/ Huntingdonshire as head coach U15s. I am also the head coach for hotshots U12s Bedfordshire. For me cricket is my life and I want to pass on the experience I have to the younger generation

Kayam "Coach K" Nawaz - UKCC L2 & ECB Coach Developer

 with nearly a decade of experience, I've coached kids from All Stars Cricket to County Age Groups as well as Performance-Based Coaching with educational institutions including colleges, universities and cricketing programmes such as Wicketz. Also as a Chance to Shine Schools & Streets Coach, I'm passionate about making cricket accessible to all, instilling skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in young cricketers. My journey in coaching has been immensely rewarding, and I'm dedicated to nurturing the future of cricket.

Wicket-Keeping & Batting

Callum Garden (Dino) - Former Scotland U19, Scotland A & UKCC L2 Coach

I’m Callum Garden and I’m 23 years old. I am a wicket keeper batter and I have played cricket for Scotland underage and up to Scotland A level. 
I have always had a passion in coaching cricket, being a level 2 coach hoping to progress to level 3 in the future. I currently coach junior sides around Perth, and also have coached Forfarshire cricket club for the last two years. Last year, we won the T20 and 50 over Scottish cups.
